A guided artistic walk in the places where Pino Daniele was born and lived.

Discovering one of the greatest Neapolitan artists, visit the places of his childhood, listen to his music and many anecdotes about the birth of songs such as 'Na tazzulella' 'e Café' with food tastings and guided by the histrionic guide: 'O Capitano!

Born in the Porto District, Pino Daniele was the eldest of six children of a modest dock worker. After the first years spent in the home where he was born, little Daniele went to live in Piazza Santa Maria La Nova at the house of two acquired aunts, Lia and Bianca, who were able to offer him a decent accommodation.

Blues guitarist, he was, at the turn of the seventies and eighties, one of the most innovative musicians on the Italian scene. In over forty years of career he has collaborated with numerous prestigious artists including: Franco Battiato, Francesco De Gregori, Lucio Dalla, Ralph Towner, Yellowjackets, Mike Mainieri, Claudio Baglioni, Danilo Rea and Mel Collins. Over the years he has attended and played in many important stages such as the Varadero Festival in Cuba and the Olympia theater in Paris.

Among his various live performances, he also includes collaborations with internationally renowned artists such as Pat Metheny, Eric Clapton, Chick Corea, Robert Randolph, Bob Berg and Joe Bonamassa.
